3 days From Marrakech to desert Merzouga

Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades Gorges

The first day of this tour from Marrakech to the desert of Merzouga will take you to discover the mountains of the High Atlas, visit the ancient kasbahs of the south. We pick you up from your accommodation in the morning to start our journey from Marrakech to Merzouga desert. First we will cross the High Atlas mountains, you will admire the magnificent views of the mountains and the Berber village built in stones.

We will visit the Kasbah of Telouet du Pasha Glaoui, then we will take an old caravan route to reach the village of Ait ben Hadou. We will visit the famous kasbah Ait ben haddou classified world heritage by UNESCO. After lunch in one of the restaurants near the kasbah, we leave for Ouarzazate, where we will visit the film studios, and the kasbah of Taourirt before continuing to the magnificent oasis of Skoura. After visiting Kasbah Amridil, we will follow the magnificent road to Kelaa M’gouna and the Dades Valley. We will spend the night in a hotel with dinner at the Dades Gorges.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Boumalne – Tinghir – Dades Gorges – Touroug – Erfoud – Merzouga Desert

The next day after breakfast, our trip from Marrakech to Merzouga desert will continue to Tinghir. We will have a photo stop in Boumalne, then we will continue to the Todra Gorges where we will have time for lunch between the gorges. In the afternoon, our journey will continue towards the desert of Merzouga, we will cross the beautiful villages of Tinjdad and Touroug. We will visit the fossils in Erfoud. Then our direction will be Erg Chebbi dunes. Arrived at the foot of the dunes we meet our camel driver with these camels who will take us to the splendours of the dunes of Morocco. Day 3: Return to Marrakech

Today you will wake up early in the morning to see the magnificent spectacle of the sunrise in the Erg Chebbi dunes. Breakfast, then we ride camels to reach the foot of the dunes. Then we will leave the Sahara towards Marrakech. We will pass to discover the Tafilalt souk in Rissani, then we will follow a different return route, we will pass to visit the palm grove of Tazarine, and Nkob the Ait Atta tribe village. Cross the Draa Valley then we cross the village Agdz and Tizi n tnifift towards Ouarzazate. We will then cross the High Atlas mountain to arrive at the end of the day in Marrakech, where we will drop you off at your accommodation.
